Should this caretaker oversee multiple properties, a real estate license is required, and we're fully licensed to meet that criteria. Your “On Island Caretaker” is responsible for Keeping an eye on your properties inside and out as well as addressing your guests immediate needs, from replacing lost keys to changing light bulbs or even coordinating with maintenance professionals.
